MYX Daily Top 10: One Direction Stays Still at #1!

One Direction maintains their lead over 2NE1 on the Wednesday edition of the MYX Daily Top 10. They are one of the eight non-movers on today's chart. The only movement comes via a swap between James Reid and Nadine Lustre's "No Erase" and Before You Exit's "Dangerous" at numbers eight and nine.

MYX Daily Top 10: One Direction Is Back at #1!

 

Looks like it will be a competitive week on the MYX Daily Top 10. After the four ladies of 2NE1 returned to the top spot yesterday, the five gentlemen of One Direction retake the throne today. "You and I" is back at #1! As a side note, exactly one year ago, these men were teenage kicking at #4. Meanwhile, yesterday's new entry from Sarah Geronimo is today's biggest gainer; "Maybe This Time" is up three from #10 to #7.

MYX Daily Top 10: 2NE1 Reclaims Top Spot!

Korean pop group 2NE1 has successfully bounced back to the top spot on the Monday edition of the MYX Daily Top 10 with "Come Back Home." It is also a feat for the group to occupy the top spot and at the same time having the current longest-staying song on the chart. Meanwhile, Sarah Geronimo debuts at #10 with "Maybe This Time."

MYX Daily Top 10: One Direction Debuts with "You & I"

The Top 4 are steady on today's MYX Daily Top 10, with Gloc-9 and Regine Velasquez-Alcasid now at #1 for the third straight day. Meanwhile, debuting at #10 is One Direction's fourth single from their album Midnight Memories. Here's "You and I" following today's chart:

MYX Daily Top 10: 5 Seconds of Summer Still Looks So Perfect!

Not much movement on today's MYX Daily Top 10, with six entries staying put, including "Takipsilim" by Gloc-9 and Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, which spends its second day at #1. But we do have a double-swap: James Reid & Nadine Lustre's "No Erase" (now at #3) swaps with 2NE1's "Come Back Home" (now at #2), and Lady Gaga's "G.U.Y" (now at #8) also swaps with 5 Seconds of Summer's "She Looks So Perfect" (now at #6).

Although only up by two spots, the last entry mentioned also happens to be today's biggest gainer, and it is also the current longest staying song on the chart at 33 days. Will 5 Seconds of Summer be singing "She Looks So Perfect" all summer long, or will they eventually be struck with heatstroke and fall off before summer is over? MYX Daily Top 10: Gloc-9 & Regine Velasquez Leap to #1 with "Takipsilim"

After becoming the highest-charting new entry on yesterday's MYX Hit Chart at #8, the collaboration of Gloc-9 and Regine Velasquez-Alcasid soars further on the music channel's charts. On today's MYX Daily Top 10, "Takipsilim" became the highest-leaping track of the day, jumping six places from #7 all the way to #1.

Gloc-9 and Regine's single is from the album Liham at Lihim, which also spawned the hit "Magda" featuring Rico Blanco. Will they be able to keep their lead and rule the week? Or will James Reid and Nadine Lustre bounce back and regain the upper hand? We will soon find out, but for the mean time, here is today's chart and a live performance of the #1 song from the March 23 episode of GMA's Sunday All-Stars.
