Hi, thank you both for your comments. The Topmovers Chart (TMC) has been a companion chart for the Voters Hitlist (VHL), and as the footer says, it features the Top 3 songs with the most increase in votes.
However, after the VHL has been expanded to a Top 20 from the previous Top 10, this chart has been discontinued.
Keep visiting regularly though as Chart Central (Philippines) might just issue new TMC editions with your continued interest.
