Hi, Anonymous. In Microsoft Excel, you may save the spreadsheet as a Web Page (HTML file) instead of a workbook (XLS). You may then open the saved HTML file in a text editor (such as Notepad), and copy the <style> and <table> codes to the HTML editor of your post. Check out W3Schools for details on <style> and <table>.
