The Voter's Hitlist is compiled every Saturday, based on votes gathered at the Chart Central Vote Site. The Vote Ratio is the number of votes the entry gets for every 10 votes for the #1 song.

It's pretty obvious. Charice fanatic ang gumagawa ng chart na ito. At d na ako masusurprise kng next week kasama na un note to god. At mag #1 rin. Walang kwenta pala bumoto d2. Very predictable n mangyayari.

The Voters Hitlist (VHL) charts on this blog are solely based on votes cast on the Vote Site, and not from any personal bias (towards or against). It is true that Charice is dominating the VHL, but it is only because she receives the most votes. While it is understandable for some to be frustrated at the predictability of the results, we encourage you to keep on voting to give your favorite songs or artists a better (if not the best) ranking on the chart. Based on the vote logs, voters for Charice (1) vote consistently and (2) are plenty, so most probably it also would also take those 2 strengths for others to stand a chance at the top.
Rest assured, that Chart Central (Philippines) is and will remain impartial; that the results are accurate and tallied, and not fabricated nor tampered; and that diligence is practiced to make sure all votes counted are valid. Thank you very much.
hello anonymous. naghirap kami rito sa abroad na bumoto. marami ata kami rito sa ibang bansa.but di mo echeck ang list ng mga voter bago ka maghina na gwa lng yan ni charice.
