Rachelle Ann Go 's "Honestly" has reached its retirement week, spending the maximum 20 weeks. It will no longer be eligible for future Voter's Hitlist charts. The Voter's Hitlist is compiled every Friday, based on votes gathered at the Chart Central Vote Site.

no offense to charice's song but there's something fishy on it in this countdown. it's not even a hit and in any radio stations. hmmm... 12 weeks @ no. 1? too much propaganda i may say...

The power of Charice's support comes directly from the people of the internet located all over the world.
No offense to other artists but you must remember that text votes can be bought, influence can be peddled in radio or TV stations to "package" or "market" a song, even album sales can be affected by poor marketing or distribution (whether intentional or not). However there is one thing that cannot be bought, Charice's internet supporters who recognizes real talent and in their droves cannot be bought and influenced by sassy marketing strategies.
Actually the real question is, how much does the influence of online voters count in here in the first place?
Don't worry guys, our Journey Boys will go up next week... Congrats Charice...
